Five In-Person Sessions

1:1 Coaching Sessions
Four private coaching sessions per participant with experienced leadership coaches. We create an extensive personalized profile that helps us a tailor a plan to suit their needs. Coaches are then assigned based on that work, ensuring each participant has the greatest opportunity to for tangible growth.
Action Learning Teams
Three 90-minute group coaching sessions built around cross-functional Action Learning Teams, where leaders tackle real strategic challenges together and grow through the process of doing it.
Real Strategic Project
Your executive team doesn’t just sponsor this program, they shape it. They identify the real challenges facing the organization: culture gaps, customer experience, operational inefficiencies, employee retention. Participants then form cross-functional teams and spend months doing the work of solving them. Your problems, your people, your solutions.
The Final Presentation
The program culminates with each team presenting their proposed solution, fully researched and ready for consideration — directly to your executive team. It’s the moment participants prove what they’re capable of, and the moment your organization gets something tangible back for its investment.
