Donna Darrow

Donna Darrow has a passion for connecting people to opportunities, resources, and partnerships through the cultivation of meaningful relationships. She brings a wealth of knowledge from a variety of for profit industries, including automotive, healthcare, and retail. Her professional skills include sales/business and fund development, program support, and human resource management. Her HR management experience working for a large healthcare system included bargaining experience during contract negotiations, which provided deep insights into human behavior and leadership attributes.

With a background in industrial relations, organizational communication and marketing, and various leadership roles managing and promoting nonprofit foundations and a statewide career transition program, Donna brings her heart and passion to everything she does. She feels very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries and sectors throughout her career, providing her with a unique skill set and perspective about leadership and organizations. She is generous in everything that she does, including drawing upon her large network when helping others.

Donna’s work expertise extends into the nonprofit sector, where she held a leadership role as the Detroit campaign manager for a nonprofit foundation (headquartered in Washington, D.C.) dedicated to women’s heart health. Under Donna’s leadership, the Detroit campaign was recognized as one of the top campaign cities nationally for women’s heart health.

In recent years, Donna has been an entrepreneur. In this capacity, she has been able to successfully enlist program funding, facilities, speakers and resources to ensure program and partnership success for the people, resources, and opportunities she is connecting.

Donna further utilizes her skills and expertise to assist others seeking to improve their professional lives. She accomplishes this through her work with organizations in career development and programs focusing on health awareness. She successfully engages diverse partners to enable the development, expansion, and launch of programs and events, as well as assist those in career development.
